This visionary initiative aspires to broaden the reach of the highly successful Business Blasters program, which was originally launched for students in government schools. This expansion now includes universities and Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), empowering students to become job creators and aspiring business leaders.

This program focuses on esteemed institutions such as Ambedkar University, Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), and the Indian Institute of Information Technology-Delhi (IIIT-D). These universities are distinguished for their exceptional placement records; however, the current focus is on empowering students to generate job opportunities and innovate beyond traditional career paths.

At the launch event, Chief Minister Atishi underscored the urgent need to promote entrepreneurship in higher education. “Our objective is to empower students to become entrepreneurs rather than merely job seekers,” she articulated. The ‘Business Blasters Senior’ program is structured to provide students with hands-on experience in establishing and managing start-ups, fostering skills such as critical problem-solving, effective leadership, and strategic thinking.

“Through this programme, students have shed their fear of failure. They understand that if one idea falters, they can regroup and try again. This resilience is key to building a stronger economy,” Atishi noted.
