The secret operation, code-named ‘AUDI’, was led by Bhupendra, Additional Superintendent of Police, ACB Jaipur Nagar-Pratham.

Assets Beyond 200% of Known Income

According to ACB officials, Hariprasad Meena’s wealth is over 200% more than his known sources of income. Since the time of his appointment in the government sector till now, Meena has been accumulating immense wealth, raising serious questions about corruption within the system. The ACB’s preliminary investigation reveals a clear misuse of public office for personal gain, with the total unaccounted assets nearing ₹4 crore.

Fleet of Expensive Cars Raises Eyebrows

Among the most shocking revelations was Meena’s collection of luxury vehicles. The ACB report confirms that Meena purchased two Audi cars, a Mahindra Scorpio, a Ford Endeavour, and a Royal Enfield bike. The combined worth of these luxury vehicles is estimated at approximately ₹2 crore. Given his official salary and position, such extravagant ownership immediately raised suspicions about his income sources.

Lavish Expenditure on International Trips and Five-Star Hotels

Investigators found that Meena did not hesitate to spend lavishly on foreign vacations and five-star hotel stays. Nearly ₹45 lakh were spent solely on international travel and luxury accommodations. This lifestyle is far beyond what a public servant's legitimate income can afford, strengthening the case of disproportionate assets against him.

High-End Real Estate Investments in Jaipur

Further investigation revealed that Meena invested heavily in premium residential projects. He owns apartments in Jaipur's upscale locations such as Unique Emporia and Unique New Town on Mahal Road. The market value of these properties is around ₹1.5 crore. Real estate documents collected during the raids provide critical evidence against Meena.

Construction of a Lavish Farmhouse in Native Village

Apart from his urban assets, Meena has also constructed a luxurious farmhouse in his ancestral village Bagdi, Lalsot, Dausa. The farmhouse, equipped with modern amenities, was allegedly built using black money. Locals testified that such a grand construction was unthinkable in a small rural setting without substantial unaccounted wealth.

How Operation 'AUDI' Was Planned

The code name ‘AUDI’ was inspired by Meena’s inclination toward luxury vehicles, particularly the two Audi cars he owned. Once sufficient evidence was collected, the raid was conducted simultaneously at his multiple properties.
