Chandigarh: The Haryana School Education Board (HBSE) has officially announced the schedule for the practical examinations for classes 10 and 12. The practical examinations are scheduled to begin on February 3, 2025, and will run until February 18, 2025. This period presents students with an essential opportunity to exhibit their practical skills across a range of subjects.
Practical Exams Scheduled Across All Subjects with Specialized Examiners for Key Disciplines
The HBSE has made extensive preparations to ensure the smooth conduct of practical exams. While practical examinations for general subjects will be conducted by subject teachers at their respective schools, special examiners will oversee the practicals for class 12 science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, ensuring standardization and fairness.
In order to give students and examiners enough time to finish the sessions effectively, the tests will be held in the morning, from 9 am to 2 pm.
Comprehensive Guidelines for Teachers and School Principals
HBSE has implemented a detailed set of protocols to ensure the transparency and efficiency of the practical exams:
Examiner Notifications via SMS: Teachers and supervisors assigned to examination duties will receive notifications about their responsibilities through SMS.
Online Access to Duty Charts: School principals can download duty charts, examiner instructions, and group photographs of students via their official login on the HBSE portal at bseh.org.in.
Marks Uploading Process: After conducting the practicals, teachers are required to upload the students’ scores directly onto the board's online portal, ensuring timely submission and reducing paperwork.
