In a terrifying development, a guy suspected of carrying out 11 cold-blooded killings in the last 18 months has been captured by the Punjab Police. The accused, identified as Ram Saroop alias Sodhi, hailing from Chaura village in Hoshiarpur district, was taken into custody during an investigation into a recent murder case in Kiratpur Sahib.
