Bhopal, November 5 – In a progressive step towards women's empowerment, the Madhya Pradesh government announced a landmark increase in the reservation for women in government jobs, raising it to 35% from the previous 33%. The state has increased the upper age limit for recruitment of assistant professors in medical colleges from 40 to 50 years.
